Luke Gustafson
Born and raised on Long Island, New York in the Hamptons . I started my love for culinary at a young age when my mother would read me cook books and look at the pictures instead of a children’s book, that’s when she knew it was a passion I would be pursuing for 14 years.
I’ve worked for some of the top end restaurant in the Hamptons area, which is where I learned most of my culinary excellence from 1 north steak house( number one steakhouse in the Hamptons ), to Oaklands restaurant and marina( high volumes waterfront location )and also heading to Bridgehampton and working at Toppingrose House a Jean George restaurant(fine dining).
I’ve made my way down to beautiful Naples for the past 4 years, and here for good! I’ve worked fine dining catering for Crave Culineire. While also working at the French and Bar Tulia down on 5th ave and Mercato.
Catering has given me the opportunity to create what I want but also given the constant changes in menus and ingredient which keeps me on my feet! Looking forward to catering your next party and building memories.

Jesse Kubala

Born and raised in Naples, growing up here was quite the privilege with everything it has to offer. My love for cooking began in the middle of High School, however at that time I wouldn't realize it.
My mother was the administrator for one of the largest catering companies in the town at the time, CaterMasters, and I would help in the kitchen with prep for events, and help serve that food, some nights getting home with only 3 hours until school started in the morning. Initially I had thought of it as a way to build up capital for college. I didn't think it was the path I was destined for, but subconsciously the desire to prepare amazing food never left me.
With no luck in finding anything that intrigued me in college, I decided to stop my studies and come back to Naples to get back into catering. I started out as the Warehouse manager at Crave Culinaire, which gave me a plethora of opportunities to learn the ins and outs of how to execute the perfect party.
When I wasn't planning or helping with the logistics of each party, I used what I knew from before to chef in the kitchen with the rest of the team. Over time, under multiple head chefs, I learned many techniques and expertises.
I had found my passion, and it's what drives me to be exceptional in everything I do food related.
